Hope you're enjoying this beautiful day, the weather is off the chains!!!
How many of us have had the opportunity to interact with a baby? If you have, you might have noticed that when you smile and make funny faces at babies they return the gesture with smiles and laughter. This is not a coincidence, this is a biological reaction to the positive emissions being spread from your mind and body to theirs. It's crazy cool that we apply such schematics for interacting with babies, for some reason we don't necessarily do the same for interacting with adults. Don't get it twisted, I am not suggesting that you make baby faces at your employer or other adults with whom you come in contact with, but a smile definitely wouldn't hurt. Send notions of love to everyone you interact with, not for them alone but for yourself. Love yourself, and if such is the case then you should only spread love; because that is all there is. One love
